My First Collage- yahoo!
The boys woke up bright and early, woke up the girls, then mom and dad. Santa was good. They first emptied their stockings. This would've satisfied the girls, with their oranges, pieces of chocolate, and their favorite- a punch balloon. But there were presents to be opened. As soon as they opened the first gift, before even looking at it, they ran to the garbage to throw away the wrapping. We made it a little easier by moving the garbage closer and told the boys to take note. The girls got the hang of it quick and wanted to play with each new toy they received. They loved their individual baking kits (with aprons), their new learning games and Dora books, but their all-time favorite was the Fisher Price twin family doll house- it's beautiful. They loved tucking in the babies, kissing them goodnight, and playing with the cat. What precious girls. They have learned so much about families already. It's great to see how gentle they are, especially with babies.I tried not to laugh as Sage (she is our hoarder), went around collecting everything she thought was cool and put them in her stocking and said "mine". Trevor had to claim back many of his toys. Reminded me of the seagulls in Finding Nemo, "mine, mine, mine". You can see from the collage above she has a very full stocking and she wouldn't let go of her balloon. Can you blame her? We had a very nice morning, then off to Grandma's & Grandpa's. Just wish you could stop the clock on days like this.
The boys enjoyed watching the girls, and finding some great finds for themselves. Nick & Josh got some fast and fun RC cars, and a new shotgun (dad's doing). Trevor got what he wanted- a spy kit- with the secret pen, motion sensor light, and sound interpreter. He also enjoys his new transformers and art kit. They said it was the best Christmas ever, and Trevor added, because it's the girls first Christmas. I agree.
